- Solicitation SP0600-09-R-0033 will also include JP8 requirements for Thule, Greenland. This requirement may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to SP0600-09-R-0033. Overseas Bulk Procurement for Thule of Turbine Fuel, Aviation, (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, specification MIL-DTL-83133F, dated April 11, 2008, quantity 9,387,000 USG for Purchase Program 1.1j. The delivery period for the above item is from July 1, 2009, through August 31, 2009. This solicitation will be available only on the world wide web http://www.desc.dla.mil on or about January 23, 2009. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers are authorized via BulkFuelsBidCustodian@dla.mil. Facsimile offers are authorized, 703-767-0488. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
