- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to enter into direct negotiations with the South Carolina State Licensing Agency for Full Food Services (FFS) at Fort Jackson, SC. The contractor shall provide FFS during the period of 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 with four 1-year option periods. Operation of these FFS facilities includes: facility management, menu planning, receipt and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, headcounter/cashier services, dining room services, housekeeping services, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning, quality control, minor facility maintenance, food service equipment operator level maintenance, grounds maintenance around the dining facilities, supply management, property accountability, and preparation of meals for field feeding service. The Government intends to award a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract for this requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors. This acquisition is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act.
