- Solicitation for Contract Mail Delivery Service in the New England ND mail delivery area. Contract delivery service originates from the New England, ND Post Office. Service is required Monday through Saturdays, except Postal Holidays. Contract Term is 4/1/09 - 6/30/12. Contract requires a newer vehicle with at least 50 cubic feet of usable space for mail and parcels. Vehicle Insurance minimum liability limits are $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 Combined Single Limit.
