- The Government requests that MSI provide the approach and process for ensuring that a change to SNTC does not degrade system performance and that change meets established performance verification parameters. This effort is anticipated to be authorized under N00019-08-G-0011 Delivery Order 0001. The approach should include the process that technically analyzes the change, part/component research, part specification comparison, impact to CSCI and system software, determining test objectives, type or level of testing, test plan/procedures, and test results. Impact to baseline configuration documentation should also be identified. This information will help the Government assess the change and associated verification requirements.
