- Description
- Multiple Award Contract for construction type activities throughout the boundaries of the Buffalo District. A listing of typical projects is attached. The Government intends to award 3 or more contracts as a result of this solicitation. In order to compete, offerors must be a HubZone Small Business, a Small Disadvataged Business, or a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Contract(s) shall perform Construction Activities on a task order basis. Any resulting contract(s) will have a maximum ordering amount of $15,000,000 over five years. However, the total ordering amount for all contracts over the five year period cannot exceed $15,000,000. The Guaranteed Minimum for each contractor awarded a contract is $10,000. The minimum task order amount is $1,000 and the maximum task order amount is 3,500,000. Attached are the draft Proposal Submission Requirements and evaluation factors. Wage Determinations shall be provided on individual task orders. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is 2 February 2009.
