- Solicitation Number L09PS00015 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM National Historic Trailways Interpretive Center (NHTIC) in Casper, WY has a requirement for special exhibit custodial and janitorial services for the location of 1501 N. Poplar Street, Casper, WY 82601. The NHTIC is comprised of one 23,000 square feet public building including offices, a 100 seat theater, 15,000 square feet of exhibit galleries and public lobby space. The contractor shall provide management, training, supervision, labor, uniforms, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools (other than government furnished materials) required to perform special exhibit cleaning and janitorial services within the statement of work. Specific date and time for a pre-bid site visit will be listed in the solicitation and will take place the week of February 2nd, 2009. The BLM anticipates a firm fixed price award for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued the week of January 12th, 2009.
