- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-04-G-A100 with Rolls Royce Naval Marine, Walpole, MA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2008 Nov 02 thru 2009 Mar 25 for the evaluation and repair of various oil distribution boxes and controllable pitch propellers such as: NSN 7H 2010-01-248-0377 M2, Hub, Propeller, Ship; NSN 7H 2010-01-250-3902 M1, Box Assembly, Oil Distribution; NSN 2S 3040-01-520-5765 P2, Shaft Assembly, Oil; NSN 2S 2010-01-197-2780 P2, Box Assembly; NSN 2S 4930-01-352-9976 P2, Box Assembly, Oil Distribution; NSN 2S 2010-LL-HA3-7103 P2, Oil Distribution Box. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
