- Implement construction outlined in the design package to improve stream channel stability and reduce accelerated erosion along the stream channel. In addition to the primary purpose of the project, construction as outlined in the design will provide for a diversity of fish habitat in order to maintain or improve populations of native species and non-native demand species and improve the recreational experience along this segment of the South Tongue River. SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED JANUARY 26, 2009
