- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is HSCG21-09-Q-3NYA28. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code is 337910, size standard is 500. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Mattress dimensions: 29" wide 77" long. 4 to 4.5" thick. Density of six pounds per cubic foot. (Tempurpedic dormia or equivalent) The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
