- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.. SOLICITATION #: FM485282730353 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes NAICS: 337000 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued towards 100% Small Businesses. This solicitation is for stainless steel cabinets and sinks for the decontamination center areas of an operating room. A site visit is mandatory for this solicitation because you'll need to view the layout of the operating room in order to submit a responsible quote.
