- Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F3C3L9005A001 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 (15 December 2008). (iv) This acquisition is full and open competition. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 611513 with a size standard not to exceed $7.0M. (v) Contract line item(s) are numbered 0001 (see attached RFQ) for sizes. (vi) Description of requirements for items to be acquired - Electrical Training for 5 CES (see attached RFQ). (vii) FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is MINOT AFB, ND 58705. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer (see attachments). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR Customer Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19,21,26,35,36,37, - 52.225-1, - 52.232-33. This request is issued in accordance with clause 52.232-18. All responsible sources may submit a quote by 4:30 PM Central Standard Time on 26 January 2008.
