- IQC09002009043. End Item Application: 'HELICOPTER, BLACK HAWK UH-60A This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-01-437-2676, for a Coupling, Clamp, Grooved; Annual Estimated Quantity: 676 each, Max Year AEQ: 1,351 each. This is a 1C item. The approved sources are: Eaton Corporation (Cage Code: 00624 P/N 580-0016-1568) and Eaton Corporation (Cage Code: 8W928 P/N 580-0016-1568). First Article Approval Contractor Testing Required. First Article Test Plan must be approved prior to submitting a First Article Test Report. This item requires Contractor First Article on five (5) samples. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a critical application item. This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 Jan 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
