- Mission and Installation Contracting Command of Fort Bliss, TX intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to DSH Systems, LLC for the purchase of specific parts for the DRASH tents to be utilized in these DRASH military tents for Ft. Bliss, TX. DSH System, LLC is the sole provider of the existing equipment and parts for the DRASH tents that are currently in use at Ft. Bliss, TX. This company is the only known source of providing the exact parts to match the existing DRASH tents for repair or replacement, and they must match the existing DRASH Tent system.
