- Description: The Minneapolis VA Medical center is seeking an authorized Nortel Reseller for the MPS 500 and/or MPS 1000 systems to provide maintenance support for the Interactive Voice Response System. This system resides at the Minneapolis VA and is used for Automated Patient Refill and Patient Reminder Services across VISN 23. This is a %100 small business set aside. All qualified offers are invited to provide their quotation. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency, and satisfactory past performance. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Award will be made a combination of FAR part 12, 13, 15, and 17 award procedures. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about May 14, 2008 and will be issued via Fed Biz Opps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. Offers are due January 26, 2009 at 4:00pm CST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, be in accordance with the quotation preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
