This is an FMS requirement, FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Business size is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside Businesses. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced Large Contract for a quantity of 703 each. Delivery: 62 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is January 27, 2009 and the closing date is February 27, 2009 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet bid board system (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, The DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations (RFQs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) Program.
