- NSN 6680-01-244-0770, Sensor, Salinity. This NSN has a Qualified Product Lists (QPL). The approved QPL source is Marine Electric Systems Inc, Cage 00062, part number 500993. Qualification requirements will be contained in clause provision 52.209-1 (I09A01). The terms are FOB Destination and inspection/acceptance Destination. Quantity variance is zero. DSCR does not have an unrestricted technical data package for this NSN. The Quality Assurance Provision is FCA and will be contained in clause provision 46-9A-9G of the solicitation. Required delivery is 120 days ARO. The solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. NSN is non-commercial. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price for 728 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 27 January 2009. Effective June 1, 1998, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
