- Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Triumph Gear Systems Inc, Park City UT under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for a basic year and four options. The acquisition is for the purchase of the Hydraulic Brake Assembly, NSN 1650-00-138-6592UC, p/n: 42093E281 applicable to the C-5 aircraft. The required delivery schedule is 270 days after government approval. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources.
