- Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to provide roofing repairs and/or replacement roofs at Fort Detrick, MD. This is a total small business set-aside. Contractor must be actively registered in CCR to receive the solicitation package. If not registered, please do so at www.ccr.gov. To request a solicitation package an e-mail to denise.heck@amedd.army.mil will suffice. All requests must be made in writing. No telephone calls will be accepted. Davis Bacon wage determinations are applicable. Solicitation to be released o/a 27 Jan 09; Technical Questions due o/a 5 Feb 09 and bids due o/a 13 Feb 09. Please refer to the solicitation for firm dates. All packages must be requested before 1 Feb 09.
