- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334413, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD8322A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 effective 12 Dec 2008. The Government intends to award a contract for fiber-coupled diode laser module and related components at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. Please reference attachment for required items. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 DAYS AFTER DATE OF CONTRACT. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
