BAA 04-06-HE, Amendment 08, dated 9 January 2009 Title: Advance research for Warfighter Interface Technologies (ARWIT) 1. This amendment modifies the original Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as follows: The attached Overview Information and Full Text Announcement hereby supersedes and replaces all previous versions in their entirety. The following are the specific changes: a. Alternate Contracting POC is changed from Matt Nyikon to Rhonda Powderly b. Section II, Award Information, is corrected to reflect total funding for the BAA of $37.5M c. Section IV, paragraph 6, Instructions to Offerors Proposing a Grant or Assistance Instrument, is changed
