- Purpose: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential qualified offerors that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. MARCORSYSCOM / PMTRASYS is seeking sources for procurement and delivery of eighteen (18) M36e Thermal Binocular Lens assemblies Requirement: The eighteen (18) M36e thermal sight Lenses and CRT's shall be fully assembled; the parts shall be Brand Name or Equal to part number ASV136524-T1, to meet form, fit and functional requirements in order to properly replicate the M36E thermal sight operation on the Assault Amphibious Vehicle Turret Trainer without further modifications to the M36E sight. The anticipated delivery date is 60 days after contract award. All prospective offerors will meet all applicable safety/security/industry/standards, with successful past performance history in providing same/similar items to the Government.This request for information should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the US Government to issue a solicitation. Any information provided to the Government in response to this RFI will become USMC property and will not be returned. All proprietary or classified information will be treated appropriately. Written response is requested within 15 days after publication of this notice. Please submit all applicable documentation to include: Cost Breakdown, Unit Price, Extended Price, Delivery, Payment Terms, discount offered for prompt payment and any government discount applied and warranty information.
