- 5965-01-504-0077 Headset, electrical. This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about January 29, 2009 with the Response date on ore about March 3, 2009. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available vie the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: SPM7M-909-X-0001. Approved Source: COMMUNICATIONS & EAR PROTECTION, INC (1JGL0) P/N CEP199-C01. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (one (1) 365 day base period plus four (4) 365 day option periods) is anticipated. The total five (5) year estimated quantity is 63,370 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited from 75 each to 3000 each. Deliveries will be to various DLA stock locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, weighted average increment prices, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does not apply for award.
