Description
REMANUFACTURE F110-GE-100 Servo Valves, SOL FA8121-09-Q-0009, PRFD2030-09-06522. Buying Office: 448 SCMG/PKBB, TINKER AFB OK73145-3015. For additional information contact Albert Long (405)734-4629. A one-time firm fixed-price contract is contemplated. Item0001: NOUN - Remanufacture F110-GE-100 Servo Valves; Input NSN4810-01-439-3481PR, P/N 1886-622 and/or 22284450-102. Output NSN4810-01-439-3481PR, P/N 1886-622 and/or 22284450-102. Fixed quantityas follows: 12 EA. Applicable to the F110-100 Engine on the F-16;Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145. Item 0002: CAV II/CAV AFReporting required IAW Appendix B and DD Form 1423-1. Description:Servovalve is an integrated part of the main engine control (MEC). TheMEC regulates fuel flow and V5V position on the engine. Servovalve is toregulate fuel flow and control pressure based upon electrical input. 2IN by 2 1/2 IN. Material Alluminum.Delivery: Item 0001: 4 EA 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets;Item 0002: IAW DD Form 1423. Qualification requirements: Sources must bequalified prior to being considered for award. Qualificationrequirements are available for this acquisition. The approximatesolicitation issue date is 26 JAN 09 and the estimated solicitationresponse date will be 9 FEB 09. The anticipated award date will be 20FEB 09. To: HR TEXTRON INC., SANTA CLARITA, CA.,91355-1204. Theproposed contract action is for supplies and services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limitednumber of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested personsmay identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirementor submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request forcompetitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fortyfive-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basicordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will beconsidered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not tocompete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice issolely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiningwhether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic procedures willbe used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/.All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, orquotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if theofferor, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualificationrequirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause52.209-1.
