- The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (VA) in Houston, TX, intends to issue a firmed-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to a provider who shall serve as a contract Residential Treatment Facility to veteran patients. This request for quote is set-aside for small businesses. Contractor will provide community based residential care, treatment, and rehabilitative services for chronically mentally ill (CMI) veterans, with particular focus on those who are homeless.
