- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified contractor capable of providing "in-home sleep study" services according to the terms and conditions of the Statement of Work (pg.7). Contractor services will be provided for the beneficiaries of the New Jersey Healthcare System (East Orange Campus) at their home. The physician must be board certified/Board eligible Sleep Specialist licensed to work in any state in the U.S. This procurement is unrestricted thus open to all business sizes. The applicable NAICS code is 621498 with size standard of $10 million. Contract period is from date of award thru September 30, 2009 with (4) four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are available for download. Deadline for submission is Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 3:00pm. NO Facsimile submissions accepted.
