- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 13,700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet and reserved parking spaces in Dover, Delaware. The 13,700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet shall be broken into six (6) separate suites. Each suite must have a contiguous block of space but suites can be placed on separate floors. Each suite shall have a separate entrance and be separated by slab to slab partitioning. The suite breakdown is as follows: 2,742 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, 3,600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, 1,437 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, 1,318 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, 453 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, and 4,150 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Consideration will be also given to buildings that can house one or more of these individual suites. This advertisement is for existing buildings only. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Dover, Delaware. Lease Term: 10 years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property or site must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space/site. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by May 6, 2010 Expression of Interest shall be submitted by January 28, 2009 and include the following information: 1)Building name and address 2)Rentable square feet available and rental rate per square foot 3)Common Area Factor
