- Description
- TACOM intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on an other than full and open competition basis, a new contract for the maintenance, enhancement, and configuration management of the Electronic Maintenance System - Next Generation (EM-NG) Software developed under contract DAAE07-03-C-L015 by ONeil & Associates. This effort includes the following tasks: maintaining and enhancing capabilities and functions; performing analysis, programming, and testing on the EMS NG software; technical support including troubleshooting development, document and Document Type Definition (DTD) analysis, data conversion support, IETM authorizing, and user installations. TACOM-Warren will negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(1) with ONeil & Associates, Miamisburg, OH, for this effort. TACOM-Warren plans to negotiate a five-year labor-hour type contract, inclusive of four option years. The total estimated amount is $32,500,000.00 including all options. Target award date is 15-FEB-2009. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
