- We have updated our Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL) located at http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo for both Aviation and Missile commodities in the areas of Spare/Repair Parts, Maintenance & Overhaul and Major Items/Services. The CASL reflects projected procurements covering up to 5 out-years. We have other pertinent information that will benefit both the contracting community and redstone community. Please view our Consumable Items Transferred to DLA listings. These listings reflect items already transferred and those to be transferred during FY 08 and FY 09, along with DLA points of contact and telephone numbers. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns at cmo@us.army.mil or you can go to our FAQ button. We look for ways to improve our site, so any suggestions you have would be appreciated. Also, under CASL for Spare/Repair Parts Projections, you can now 'View Top Drawings' for those NSN's that contain a Distribution Code of 'A' or 'C'. These NSN's will be selectable. Per DoD Directive 5230.24, Distribution 'A' = Approved for public release or distribution is unlimited and Distribution 'C' = Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies and their contractors. You will be required to obtain a one-time login and password to access this information. You will need to know your company's Joint Certification Number (7 digit number) and your DD-2345 expiration date. You can also visit our 'Reading Room' located in Bldg. 5303 at Redstone Arsenal, AL, which provides controlled access to Government Owned Technical Data and Drawings that are stored in our warehouse. You can only view the Top Drawing for those that have a Distribution Code of 'A' or 'C'. Another area that has been updated is the Maintenance and Overhaul Source Approval Request (SAR) guidelines. Please view these very important changes located at http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/caslsar.htm#II. Here you can view the new 'Source Approval Prioritization Process', 'SAR Preparation & Submittal Guidance', 'SAR Contents and Process Briefing Charts' and 'SAR Process Requirements by CASL Category'. Also, the Spare/Repair Parts SAR guidance has a new 'SAR Prioritization Process' that can be viewed at http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/caslsar.htm#If.
