- PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2000 GALLON FREE STANDING VAULTED ABOVE GROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK, DOUGLAS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, CHARLOTTE, NC The FAA has a requirement for two 2000 Gallon Fuel Tank to be delivered to the Douglas Municipal Airport, Charlotte, NC. ***This project is 100% set-aside for 8(a) certified small disadvantaged businesses. *** All interested vendors are asked to review the Statement of Work for the requirements listed for the supplies. In order to be considered for this requirement, the vendor must: Be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov). Complete the Business Declaration form Submit a quote (with as much detail as possible) by the due date. Provide a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter. (This letter must come with the quote in order to be considered.) ***Due Date is February 13, 2009 by 4:00 pm*** Any questions should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at Kiersten.Sellers@faa.gov.
