Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the renovation of MXG building 546; site requires furnishing of plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish project QJVF 05-0044 at Minot Air Force Base, ND. The work for QJVF 05-0044 is 71.52% General, 9% Mechanical and 19.48% Electrical. The total statement of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The total Performance Period for this project is 240 days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. The complete package will be available only through the internet. The address is http://www.fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910. The small business standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract; based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. FAR clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBzone Small Business Concerns is applicable to this solicitation.
