Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to award a sole source purchase order to COMPLETE BUILDING SERVICES (CBS) [as agent for the owner(s), of the building located at 1151-D Seven Locks Road, Rockville, Maryland. The owner(s) will not authorize any outside contractors to perform space alternations or construction work in their building. The DOJ has a requirement to have a large, 40 ton, air handler purchased and installed to condition a space to accommodate planned equipment changes; requiring access to the building's electrical, and mechanical plants. The estimated magnitude of construction threshold for this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This notice is not a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers.
