- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) 4500 feet of Palladium/Aluminum wire (Quantity - 1 lot) and 2) 800 feet of Palladium/Aluminum wire (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Supercon, 830 Boston Turnpike Rd., Shrewsbury, MA 01545 due to Supercon being the only known company that can provide the needed material. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
