Quantities are: 1st Year, 35, 2d Year, 50, 3d Year, 50, 4th Year, 50, and 5th Year, 50, with deliveries to Tobyanna, PA, 18466-5059. The required delivery requirements applicable is 35 each78 days after contract award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Tel-Instrument Electronic Corporation, Cage Code: 92606. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
