- The United States Engineering Logistic Center has a requirement for the following item: NSN 4320-01-131-6912, Pump 2in with motor supplied pump/motor unit shall conform to the following requirements: Part no B5452K-CCW-8.4IN; 8.40" nominal impeller diameter, 5 horsepower, 3 phase, 220/440 VAC, 8.3 AMP, 60 HZ, fully enclosed, marine duty motor 1800 rpm 61 foot head, 30 gpm; waste water discharge pump. Vendor shall notify The Contracting Officer's Point of Contact, Pat Johnson, of any descrepancies between the above requirements and the serial nuber cited in the solicitation. (Qty 6 each). Substitute part nos. are not acceptable. FOB Destination delivery on or before 09/22/09 to USCG Engineering Logistic Center, Baltimore, Md 21226-5000. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source Purchase Order will be issued for this item to Pentair Pumps Inc. and/or their authorized dealers/distributors can furnish the required parts and ensure the proper fit, form and function of all its components. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same in duplicate within 3 days of this announcement. However, other potential sources desireing to furnish other than Pentair Pump are required to submit the following information; 1)Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered part (i.e. salient physcial, functional and serviceability characteristics) or 2)Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactureed for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. This data must include sufficent information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinient information in sufficent detail to demonstrate a bona fide capaibility to meet the requirements. This is a combinded Synopsis/Solicitaiton for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, FAC 2005-29(DEC 2008). and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR Part 6.302-1. This announcement consititures the only solicitaiton; quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item's)with shipping included in unit price, the company tax information and Duns number. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. the NAICS Code for this solicitation is 333911. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are that in effect through FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005.
