Box 2000, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-2000 SUBJECT: Yellow Ribbon Event to include (Hotel Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Food and Beverage, etc.) SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K2S-9022-0501 QUOTE DUE DATE: 17 February 2009 POC: Linda Duvall, Contract Specialist, (801) 432-4091 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENT: The Utah National Guard has a requirement for lodging, meeting space to include food and beverage located within a 30 mile radius of Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101, April 24-26 2009. See attached Statement of Work for detailed information. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide quality accommodations (to include, but not limited to facilities, food and beverage, etc.) that meet the Government’s needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offeror’s performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) total cost or price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award.
