Description

A request has been received to establish a yearly maintenance contract for the ANICS Multiplexer, GDC Model TMS-3000. This effort will be for 12 months with the option to order up to 9 additional years. DITCO-Ak plans to procure this on a sole source basis from GDC. Requirements include: •1. 800-telephone number to connect to GDC Technical Support •2. Callback within ½ hour average and 1 hour maximum after originally connecting with GDC Technical Support •3. GDC Systems Engineer will provide the Customer with a trouble ticket number for tracking purposes and a RA# for returning faulty part(s) to GDC's Repair Facility. •4. GDC Systems Engineer will assist the Customer via the phone to understand the problem and to determine corrective action. •5. Technical Phone Support M-F during vendors normal working hours, but not less than 8 hours each day excluding weekends and holidays. After-hours support available for an additional fixed hourly cost. •6. 1 year TMS-3000 hardware warranty for the ANICS network •7. 1 year TMS-3000 GTS 5.x Controller Maintenance for 3 controllers Any interested party is encouraged to respond.
