Description: The Government requires lodging in Bell Gardens, California. Eight (8) double occupancy rooms for 28 nights from 08 February 2009 through 08 March 2009 and One (1) single occupancy room for 13 nights from 23 February 2009 through 08 March 2009. All rooms must be at the same hotel. Hotel must meet the following minimum criteria: (1) Have a 2.5 star rating or higher and (2) Be within 4 miles or less driving distance from the following address: 5340 Bandini Blvd, Bell Gardens, CA 90201. The solicitation will be a full and open competitive acquisition. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Fedbizopps website (www.fedbizopps.gov) by 04 February 2009 and close on 05 February 2009.
