- SITE SHOWING TIME AND LOCATION INCLUDED BELOW: USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for San Jacinto River Authority, Montgomery County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for debris removal and disposal. The major item of work is debris removal along approximately 45,000 linear feet of drainage ditches due to Hurricane Ike. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Price Range: $250,000 to $500,000 It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a February 9, 2009.
