Description

The work required under this solicitation provides for park custodian services to include cleaning and mowing of Preston Recreation Area at Lake Texoma, Grayson County, Texas. Contractor is required to establish a residence on-site and remain on-site for the duration of the work period. Contractor shall personally perform all contract services. This acquisition is being advertised as a Commercial Item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans and specifications will be available on or about January 30, 2009. NOTE: ALL TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING DATA RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE DISTRIBUTED USING THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES SITE (http://www.fbo.gov).
