- This is a firm fixed-price contract for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for the Enhanced Power Control Assembly Tester (EPCAT), NSN: 4920-01-515-89131, Part Number: S9-100-64, which is the automatic test equipment (ATE) used for repair and testing of B-1B Power Control Assemblies. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 11 Dec 07 with the approximate response date of 21 Dec 07.
