- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter Pacific (SSC-Pacific) is conducting this market survey to determine and identify the interest, capability and potential sources of Industry regarding a future solicitation for efforts involving the Modernized Global Position System User Equipment (MGUE) Anti-Spoofing (AS), Information Assurance (IA) and Crypto/Key Management (CK). The NAICS code is 54133. The effort may include the following: Review and assessment of prospective AS requirements in developmental MGUE Security Targets. Review and assessment of prospective MGUE IA and security architectures incorporated in development of MGUE designs. Review and assessment of prospective CK requirements in the developmental MGUE Security Targets. Potential respondents are requested to submit an Information Statement not more than four (4) pages long that summarizes their experience relative to the following programs/technologies: a) GPS and Anti-Jam/Anti- Spoofing technologies b) GPS Modernization c) Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) d) GPS Constellation Simulators e) GPS Receiver Designs f) GPS information assurance g) GPS Cryptographic/Key Management The package shall include the following: (1) Name and address of applicant (Corporate/Principal Office); (2) name, telephone and fax number of point of contact; (3) date firm started; (4) NAICS Code and (5) whether or not your concern is a small business, small disadvantaged 8(a) certified, woman-owned small business, small disadvantaged business (not 8(a) certified), or HUBZone certified. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS ONLY AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST. Future requirements and procurements are uncertain. The Government DOES NOT intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement. All data received in response to this request for information and/or sources sought announcement that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the government. The government will not pay for any costs associated with submission of information by interested parties. This is not a request for proposals and a solicitation is not available at this time.
