The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be Tandberg. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 8 ea P/N 113727, CLIN 0002 Quantity 8 ea P/N IUID, CLIN 0003 Quantity 8 ea P/N 113727V31D-3 CLIN 0004 Quantity P/N 113855NPP, CLIN 0005 Quantity 1 lt Ground Shipping Charges, based on shipping to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-0010. Award is expected 06 March 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 18 February 2009 will be considered by the Government.
