- NSN 5998-01-504-2080, PR #19671133, #20555850, #20973915, Electronic Component. This requirement is for a total quantity of 16. Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition under 10 U.S.C 2304 (C) (1). First Article Testing is not required. Estimated delivery is 240 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB to New Cumberland, PA, and Tracy, CA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of February 24, 2009. Solicitation will include a 100% option. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
