- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: IQC09023009025 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) applies. This is a critical application item. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6685-00-816-4146, 144 day's Delivery (264 days including FAT). FOB Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
