- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for twenty two (22) each IET Labs, Inc. Model RV722, Voltate Divider, under Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Inspection, Acceptance at Origin and FOB Destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. This acquisition is sole source to IET Labs, Inc., 534 Main Street, Westbury, NY 11590.
