Solicited unrestricted, other than full and open competition, requested delivery days is 65 days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. A technical data package DOES NOT exist for this item. Item is a critical application but isn’t a Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation.
