- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine availability from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows: Equivalent Radio Equipment This is a market survey to locate sources who can provide-manufacture and deliver the following equipment. This equipment must be interoperable and equivalent to Codans -SRx High Frequency (HF) Mobile radios-. Next Generation Transceiver (NGT) SRx HF Mobile Radios consisting of (a) 100 NGT SRx Radio Frequency (RF) Units, (b) 100 NGT SRx Handsets, (c) 100 six meter Control NGT Voice Cables, (d) 100 NGT SRx Transceiver Getting Started Guides, (e) 100 NGT Handset Cradles, (f) 100 four meter lead Extension Speakers, (g) 100 NGT Vehicle Installation Kits, (h) 100 Model 9350 Auto Tuning Antennas, (i) 100 Model 9350 Antenna Installation Handbooks, (j) 100 Model 9350 Springs, (k) 100 1.6 meter Fiber Glass Whips, (l) 100 1.2 meter Stainless Tapered Whips, (m) 100 six meter Model 9350 Control NGT Cables, (n) 100 six meter Model RG58 Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Coax Assembly Cables, (o) 100 Automatic Link Establishment (ALE) cards (FED STD-1045-CALM), (p) 100 Internal Fit NGT Voice Encryptors, (q) 100 Voltage Regulators (24 to 12 volts), (r) 100 Model 9350 NVIS (2-12 MHz) Antenna Kits, (s) 20 NGT System Programmer CDs and (t) 100 NGT Programming Handset-D9F Cables. This equipment is being used extensively by countries with forces that are deploying to drug interdiction programs and the Global War on Terror. Shipment-Delivery Delivery of equipment to country shall not exceed 30-60 days of contract award. Vendor shall provide a delivery limited time schedule before the delivery. Contract code number on all containers is required as well. Equipment should already be in stock. No production-manufacturing time will be permitted.
