Description
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic, Norfolk, VA and the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut are seeking interested sources to provide higher education marketing services for the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA). The contractor shall have demonstrated exceptional enrollment yield management performance for highly selective institutions. Special consideration will be give to contractors who have proven success in brand management, event planning, communications flow, customer relationship management technology, recruitment contact prioritization, online application management, website development, digital marketing, sales and customer service training, survey instruments, predictive modeling, lead qualification, student search campaigns, creative services, media placement, experience marketing and social networking. Creativity, innovation, and responsiveness are important attributes this contractor should embrace. Consultation services should be readily available throughout the period of the contract. The USCGA is committed to strengthening the nation's future by educating, training and developing leaders of character who are ethically, intellectually, professionally, and physically prepared to serve their country and humanity, and who are strong in their resolve to build on the long military and maritime heritage and proud accomplishments of the United States Coast Guard. It is located in New London, Connecticut and includes approximately 1,000 cadets and over 100 faculty members. See www.uscga.edu for more details. The Academy is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and is ranked among the nation's top undergraduate colleges. Its academic program, which awards a Bachelor of Science and a commission as an Ensign in the U.S. Coast Guard, must be completed in four years. It is designed to provide a superb academic foundation in a military environment. Majors offered include civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, naval architecture & marine engineering, government, management, marine and environmental science, operations research & computer analysis. Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide company information in the format of a narrative that demonstrates technical understanding, philosophical approach, client listings and experience including successful case studies in providing higher education marketing services to Contract Specialist at: wendy.j.culbreth@uscg.mil.
