- Description: Contractor shall provide Readjustment Counseling Services for eligible veterans in the County of Southern Humboldt, California, which include but are not limited to the following communities: Garberville, Benbow, Redway, Phillipsville, Miranda, Blocksburgh, Honeydew, McCann, Redcrest and Shirvely, which are administered by the Redwoods Vet Center at 2830 G Street, Suite A, Eureka, CA 95501. The proposed base period will be from 4/1/09 through 3/31/10. The services will be provided at the Contractor's facility which shall be located in one of the communities listed above. This is a commercial procurement and a total small business set aside. The solicitation documents will be available for posting o/a 2/23/09. Questions/inquiries must be in writing and may be emailed to Estelito.Pasamonte@va.gov. The Contractor is responsible for downloading all documents such as the RFQ and amendments without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer.
