Description: The 161st Air Refueling Wing in Phoenix, AZ has a requirement for Insulation kits for KC135 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) This solicitation is issued as a total Small Business Set-aside IAW FAR 19.1007(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L209T0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses contained in this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. CLIN 0001- APU Insulation kits with installation instructions 8(EA) ____________ Refer to attached document for specifications for KC135 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) insulation kits Delivery-FOB: Destination 30 Days after date of contract (ADC). The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract, resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the Best Value to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and adherence to the specifications of APU Insulation Kits for KC-135 Therefore, all quoters must submit their best price adherent to the specifications of the APU Insulation Kits for KC-135.
